A few years back, when I was having conversations with family, friends, acquaintances, colleagues and random people, it turned out they all had gone through a burnout or depression phase.

They had just managed to avoid one or one of their close relations was experiencing a burnout. That made me so incredibly sad.

How can it be that we allow this to continue, I asked myself? How can it be that so many smart, creative, ambitious, loving people end up losing so much energy? And even worse: inflict irreparable damage to their own immune system.

And the scary thing is: most of the time, people are unaware of what’s happening before it’s too late. I felt so helpless…

But then I decided to contribute by making a change through coaching. I began helping people in becoming more conscious in taking responsibility for their lives. So they can experience high energy levels and have huge amount of creative power.

I coach people who want to live a life according to what THEY want. Without compromise and in harmony with the people and everything around them.

I coach people who want to live their life to their full potential, so they can be inspiring leaders, parents, partners and friends. People who want to move beyond limiting beliefs, who start creating any experience they choose.
